MEET THE TEAM

Steve

President

Since he was a young boy, Steve has been intrigued by watching the stages of construction sites, which he frequented with his family, who was in landscape architecture design space. This curiosity led to his first successful house flip and renovation 15 years ago. The ambition grew into developing a business where work becomes inspiring and dreams become a reality. This translates into not only doing amazing work, but providing our clients with remarkable, unique experiences. Always striving to be the best version of himself as a determined husband, father of 3 and a self-motivated triathlete (with a few Ironman finishes), he’s always up for a new challenge. “It’s not about how bad you want it… it’s about how hard you’re willing to work for it!”

Maria

Vice President

Maria was born in Italy and moved to the United States when she was six years old to Upper Dublin and has been deeply involved in this community ever since.  She graduated Temple University with a degree in Social Work and quickly grew into leadership roles, impacting the health, fitness and retail segments.  Maria has 21+ years of Management experience and successfully leads her teams through consistent coaching, straight-forward feedback and open communication while always willing to get her hands dirty - She is the true definition of a servant leader. Her ability to support and mentor is unparallel and that brings the best out of her teams; allowing them to visualize their own career goals and growth opportunities.

Alongside her role as General Manager, Maria and her husband live in Fort Washington and she is a mom to 4 boys (and a dog).  She has strong family roots and loves to spends time with her large extended family. When she isn’t coaching one of the boy’s sports, participating in a PTA meeting or planning details for a plethora of events, Maria finds time for her creative side by working on 3D Sculptures or Mixed Media Art.  She also has found a newer hobby in paddleboarding and looks forward to any weekend on any lake.  Maria truly has a passion for helping others and is loved and referred to as “mom” by so many!

Erica is an avid member of IFDA Philadelphia and has multiple certifications in Chief Architect Design Software. She has a love for continued design education and bringing clients a fun, functional and fresh approach to our planning process! Erica looks forward to a challenge and believes strongly that positivity creates successful mindsets, and she tries to pass that along to everyone she meets!

When Erica is not hard at work, you can find her growing and connecting with clients on our social media channels (Say Hi when you see a post!). She also discovered a deep love for the outdoors during her brief time living out in Colorado. Running, hiking and kayaking are just a few of the many activities she thoroughly enjoys! She also loves traveling to see all of her friends, eating lots of good food and good espresso martini or glass of wine!

Caprice

Permit Manager

Born and raised in Danbury, Connecticut, Caprice has always had a keen eye for detail and a creative imagination. As life has taken some unexpected turns, Caprice believes that in order to have a successful career, you need to love what you do, have integrity and grit.  Her philosophy and focus have allowed her to advance and for over 17 years has been in leadership roles in the beauty, hospitality and design industries. While Caprice has always had a knack for visualizing space as something different, she got her first taste in design when her parents agreed to let her design their kitchen and bathrooms renovation projects.  With no experience, she “doodled” her thoughts on graph paper and with mom and dad’s approval, the construction company brought her ideas to life.  The finished product of both the kitchen and bathroom were featured in Signature Kitchens and Baths Magazine and that is when she realized this could be more than just a hobby.  This passion and her experience eventually led her to JR Quigley.  Caprice’s goal is to ensure that her clients receive the attention and care as if they were family while bringing their visions to life and creating beautiful spaces in their homes.

In addition to her career as a designer, Caprice is always up to travel, go on a new adventure and just living life joyfully while creating memories with those she loves.  Throughout the year, Caprice also volunteers and participates in many causes close to her heart including Susan G. Koman 3-Day, and Relay for Life.  In November 2021, Caprice received her greatest title as “mama” when she and her husband were blessed with the arrival of their little girl.
